District Opener – Building Closure Notice

On Monday, August 18, all Rapid City Area Schools buildings will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m. for our annual District Opener event. This is a special tradition where all RCAS staff gather to celebrate the start of the new school year and align for success. We appreciate your understanding as we take this time to connect, inspire, and ring in the new year together.

All families must log in online to verify your information and submit a Proof of Address no later than August 1st to ensure enrollment at South Park. Students who do not register may be dropped from attending South Park.
If you would like help with enrolling your student, you are more than welcome to do so at South Park Tuesday, July 29th through Friday, August 1st. Please call 605-394-1833 to schedule an appointment.
